In 2020, Noordwijk was officially recognised as a therapeutic spa destination by the ‘European Spas Association‘. This status created a clear opportunity to reposition the town as a serious spa and wellness destination.
We developed a strategic marketing framework built around a strong and relevant story, connecting health, wellness, nature, and movement. We created tailored positioning for 12 selected hotels. Each hotel received its own theme and role within the broader spa identity of Noordwijk. This allowed individual hotels to stand out, while contributing to a consistent and credible overall profile. The result was a clear positioning of Noordwijk as a spa destination with substance, grounded in the quality of its natural environment, wellness offering, and accommodations.
